Centro Escolar Marcelino García Flamenco is a K-12 school located at 2A. C. Ote. y 13 av. Sur. Santa Tecla, La libertad Sur. A total of three grades (4th to 6th) and a total of nine classes with 140 students and 15 teachers participated in the digital transformation in education pilot. The school, led by principal Roxanna Elizabeth Peñate, presented the ideal environment to launch the first Google digital transformation of education pilot in El Salvador and across Latin America. They had already implemented some connectivity initiatives and engaged in multiple pilot programs, demonstrating clear commitment to educational innovation and system-wide transformation.
